Product Owner – FRACTION

Our platform, FRACTION , is a market-leading SaaS product designed to revolutionise the recruitment process by offering an end-to-end solution. As we evolve, our other offerings will also transition into a self-serve SaaS product, requiring a forward-thinking leader to drive growth, market penetration, and automation.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Owner / Product Marketer who will own the entire lifecycle of FRACTION, from development to market expansion. This role requires a versatile professional who can develop, price, position, and take our products to market while ensuring seamless lead generation, demo execution, and technical enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Ownership : Lead and manage the development, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for FRACTION and RaaS.
- Lead Generation & Sales Enablement : Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive demos and sales.
- Market Expansion & GTM Strategy : Define and execute strategies to penetrate the US markets, including automation of sales and onboarding processes.
- Sales & Business Development : Own revenue targets, explore alternative monetization strategies (e.g., sponsorship models), and optimize sales pipelines.
- Technical Enhancements : Collaborate with the development team to drive product upgrades and feature enhancements based on market needs.
- Strategic Partnerships : Identify and engage potential partners who could support product adoption and expansion.
- Marketing & Positioning : Develop compelling messaging, collateral, and strategies to enhance brand visibility and market traction.
- Collaboration with Leadership : Act as a right-hand person to the leadership team, translating vision into actionable revenue-driving initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in product ownership, product marketing, and SaaS sales , preferably in a B2B or recruitment technology environment.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, automation, and lifecycle management of SaaS products.
- Ability to drive lead generation, demos, and sales execution with a commercial mindset.
- Experience in pricing strategy, revenue modelling, and business development .
- Technical acumen to collaborate on product upgrades and influence the development roadmap.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills – can take ownership of challenges and create strategic solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Cognism, Apollo, SalesNav) is a plus.
