We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Founders in a private household setting. You will be pivotal in enabling the CEO to focus on high-level priorities by efficiently managing day-to-day tasks, schedules, and communication. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a dynamic leader in the fast-growing real estate and private lending sector. The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong sense of service, work fast to solve problems, and maintain absolute discretion.
This role is in-person in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, calls, travel plans, and events.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects and deals to ensure each is completed successfully and efficiently.
- Drive to assigned locations for property inspections and document pickup.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in prioritizing the CEO’s tasks and deadlines, ensuring focus on strategic business objectives.
- Organize and manage confidential files, documents, and key information.
- Collaborate with various departments to track and manage projects as directed by the CEO.
- Provide ad hoc personal support as needed, including managing personal appointments or errands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Club President, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commute between Los Angeles and Orange County.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation
- $45,000 - $75,000/year (depends on experience)
- Discretionary year-end bonus
- Commission per deals managed
