JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating all scheduling aspects of our railing projects from initiation to completion. This role is crucial for ensuring project timelines are met and resources are utilized efficiently.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, fabricators, and installation teams to align project timelines and resources.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Communicate schedule updates and potential delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize scheduling software to track and report on project status.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work proactively to resolve them.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling strategies and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in scheduling fieldwork.
• Assist in resource planning, including labor, materials, and equipment allocation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes, especially in railing or related industries, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
