Job Summary:

The Quality Control Technician plays a vital role in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. This position involves operating a variety of equipment, setting up chemical experiments, analyzing samples, and collaborating with teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct chemical experiments and analyses using advanced techniques like chromatography and spectroscopy.
• Prepare chemical solutions and assist in the development of standardized formulas.
• Maintain and clean laboratory equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related laboratory or industrial experience.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work non-standard shifts (night shift).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move around the facility as needed.
