Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Leola, PA

Pay: $110k - $150k

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project work with engineers, technicians, designers, and drafters, including new equipment projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies for fabrication, assembly, machining, or processing.
• Assist the Maintenance team with assembly and disassembly of process equipment.
• Design and lead experiments, create test parameters, analyze data, and implement engineering solutions.
• Recommend and implement design modifications to prevent malfunctions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Six (6) + years of relevant experience.
• Experience in analyzing production equipment, processes, and materials.
• Proficiency in statistical and quality methodologies (SPC, SQC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Gage R&R, DOE).
• Advanced knowledge of thermoforming, injection molding, print, and/or paper equipment and processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost optimization.
