About the Role - Types of Projects:

• Data Centre, Telecom, and Office environments
• Cable Installation & Cable routing
• Racking installations
• Server installs and configuration
• CAC & HAC Containment installation
• Smart Hands
• Break fix & Troubleshooting
• Site Governance and audits

Responsibilities - Required Experience:

• Experience working and reacting to a ticketing system in a Data Centre, Networking, or Telecom environment.
• Over 2 years’ experience working in a Data Centre, Networking, or Telecom environment.
• Experience with infrastructure deployments - Hardware Installs, Rack & Stacking
• Experience with first line maintenance - Troubleshooting & maintenance of networking hardware (Routers, Switches, Server Support etc.)
• Strong experience with cabling - Installs, Decoms, Fibre cleaning, Terminations, Fibre cleaning
