Role: Discovery Analyst
Location: **This is an onsite position in Austin, TX.

Job Description: Looking to hire a Discovery Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in similar functional roles. The analyst will be working in a fast-paced integrated eligibility project, capturing user stories during the discovery phase. An eligible candidate must have the following skill sets:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience working as a business analyst eliciting requirements from various business stakeholders
- Collaborate with product owners, business users and technical teams as part of creating the user stories
- Ability to facilitate and drive meetings with various stakeholders, define agendas, capture minutes and track action items for completion
- Skilled at analyzing existing system documentation and capture as-is and to-be functionality of the new enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent documentation skills in developing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to create wireframe mockups
- Ability to create flow chart diagrams
- Experience with using application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, JAMA, etc.
- Understanding of data bases and able to write basic SQL queries for data analysis
- Prior Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) or any other Case Management System experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or with others in a team environment.
