Job Title: CW Engineer-1383440

Additional Information:

• Work Hours: Typical M-F 8/5, with potential for overtime and weekends/holidays as project needs arise.
• Contract Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension.
• Travel: 10% travel required, including potential international travel to Canada and Mexico.
• Work Environment: Completely onsite position.
• Certifications: OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
• Interview Process: Video call interview using the STAR format, lasting 60 minutes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create scope of work, bid package, and project specifications.
• Procure equipment, track budget, and project milestones.
• Supervise contractors in a field work environment.
• Coordinate project installation with skilled trades, affiliate companies, engineers, and equipment manufacturers.
• Develop countermeasures for project delays to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technical Trader Certification, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
• Additional consideration will be given for:
• Project management experience with our client.
• Experience in automotive paint processes.
• Ability to understand and calculate cost savings from new equipment to reduce utility usage for electricity, natural gas, water, etc.
• Cost analysis experience.
