Location: Richmond, VA

Hybrid - 2 days onsite 2 for first month. After that, fully remote with occasional in-person meetings

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will serve as a senior application developer for the Information Management Division in the design, development, and maintenance of Java/ JEE based applications.

• 12+ years of extensive practical experience in building enterprise applications using Java EE technologies is required .
• Experience in at least one Java application framework is required.
• ETL experience is required. Talend is a big plus
• Experience with Node.js and Angular are required
• Experience with GIT is required.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines are required. Azure DevOps a big plus
• Experience in ORM frameworks, Configuration management, Build and testing tools is required.
• Experience in application servers is desired.
• Experience in IBM SOA products like IIB, ODM, WAS, MQ is a big plus.
• Experience in Medicaid or Health Insurance is a big plus.
• Good understanding of relational database concepts, specifically Oracle, and software development life cycle is required.
• Experience in Python is a plus.
