Pay Rate : $24-$26

Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday

Must-haves

3-5 years PC Technician Experience

Experience working on a lifecycle refresh project

Must have experience configuring PC's, backing up data, and supporting end users in a large scale corporate environment

Healthcare experience is preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Insight Global's healthcare client is seeking a PC Technician to assist them with their ongoing lifecyle refresh efforts.

This person will collaborate with another technician to identify computers that are not compatible with Windows 11, assess the current configuration of existing computers, prepare replacement computers, work with users to back up their data, and support users with any issues that might arise due to the computer replacement.
