We are looking for a PLM Business Analysis to assist in the implementation of a new PLM system (Centric 8) and improve our PLM capabilities. This role manages the implementation, training and technical features of our PLM. We're looking for a self-motivated problem solver to collaborate with IT and business stakeholder teams to establish and maintain standard and scripted features in Centric 8. This career will give you the opportunity to work on projects in a team environment, but also challenge the energetic individual to be creative and consider approaches to solving application challenges.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and advancement of the Centric 8 PLM System within the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for all Centric-related initiatives.
- Proficiently teach Centric usage, with expertise extending to technical and design aspects, including size charts and measurements, catering to both design and IT teams.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the implementation team, providing a technical perspective to drive process enhancements and optimize system utilization.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to elevate system proficiency across teams, emphasizing continuous learning and ensuring a deep understanding of Centric functionalities beyond basic creativity.
- Provide day-to-day support and serve as an SME for ongoing initiatives, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues to enhance user experience and maximize system effectiveness.
- Tailor responsibilities based on individual experience, accommodating transitions from technical design to administrative roles, and providing guidance for team members adapting to new roles or returning to system usage after periods of inactivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, encouraging team members to embrace change and explore new ways of utilizing Centric to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Possess the ability to teach other employees on the system, facilitating knowledge sharing and empowering users to become proficient in Centric independently.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and adaptability, effectively engaging with individuals who may resist change and collaborating with free-spirited employees to drive system adoption and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skilled administrator experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail industry
- 3+ years of experience working with Centric PLM and experience implementing PLM applications.
- Solid understanding of Java, XML, JavaScript, RESTful services, SQL, PLM, code management, application debugging, and software testing methodologies.
- Verbal and written communication skills strong enough to distill the above for a non-technical audience.

PAY RANGE: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00/yr.*
*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure
