Director of Cybersecurity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cybersecurity to lead our cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.

- Oversee the management of security operations and incident response.

- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.

- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to safeguard information assets.

- Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

- Expertise in risk management, threat analysis, and incident response.

- Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and access controls.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
