Title : Frontend Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX *(Hybrid)

Compensation: 85 to 100k DOE

Constellation Search Group is seeking a Front-End Developer for a full-time direct hire position. The Front-End Developer will join a software development team that is responsible for developing and supporting a SaaS product which includes an administrative portal, reporting and communication services and mobile and kiosk applications. The Front-End Developer will develop and test their own code as well as participate in peer reviews and work closely with the UI Designer to interpret the graphic designs into code

Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end front-end experiences, from UI and design to manipulating data and interacting with APIs.
• Develop and test software applications utilizing micro-service and micro-frontend architecture.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and peer code reviews
• Creative approach to UI focusing on a pleasant experience for our customers.
• Commit to abiding by coding best practices.

Qualifications:

• Front End Development (Razor + HTML)
• Experience with JavaScript, Bootstrap and JQuery
• Knowledge and understanding of back end development utilizing ASP.NET Core
• Knowledge of Razor Pages and WebAPI
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Self-motivated and takes initiative

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and experience of Entity Framework (Code First Notation)
• Experience with SQL Server (Scripting, Stored Procedures, Database Design)
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, SignalR
• Angular or React experience

Additional Details: This position will be onsite 3 days a week after the probationary period of approximately 90 days. During the first 90 days, 5 days onsite will be required to acclimate to the team and company culture and environment.
