Responsibilities
- Collaborates with art director and team to develop ideas and formats that implement strategy and direction from the brief
- Ensure concepts and creative strategy align with client goals and objectives
- Uses the creative brief and applies insights to develop effective and imaginative copy concepts that support the project’s objectives
- Supports creative concepts by providing verbal and written rationales as requested
- Develops creative in many mediums by writing innovative copy using expressive language and examples appropriate to the client’s needs
- Reviews copy repeatedly throughout a project to ensure it is cohesive, including proofing
- Organizes work assigned to ensure all deliverables are passed along in accordance with client schedule
- Contributes to building a positive agency culture, building positive working relationships with internal team, other departments, and clients
- Utilizes excellent writing and conceptual abilities to consistently develop and execute strategically sound and portfolio-worthy work
- Ensures all work done under a client ladder up to the original goals and directions provided across all other tactics within a campaign
- Develops and exhibits strong presentation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising
- 3+ years' of marketing or copywriting experience
- Bilingual - Spanish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
