For Bucci Industries USA Inc based in Charlotte, North Carolina we're hiring an Accountant
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Accountant, you will play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. You will manage company records and accounting in compliance with U.S. GAAP, relevant laws, and the Group's Code of Ethics. Your key responsibilities include:
- Month-End Closing Operations : Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, turnover, and net financial position.
- Invoicing and Payments : Prepare and issue invoices to customers, process supplier invoices, and execute payments. Manage trade receivables, including generating aging reports and sending payment reminders.
- Bank Reconciliations : Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Expenses : Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. Manage time reports and address tax-related inquiries.
- Financial Analysis : Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data for management reporting. Contribute to optimizing workflows, processes, and systems.
- Intercompany Transactions : Prepare intercompany reconciliation reports and manage ongoing business transactions, including incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Compliance and Coordination : Maintain communication with headquarters, manage import documents, customs, consultants, banks, and suppliers, and assist with annual financial statement preparation.
- Inventory and Records : Support inventory bookkeeping and ensure compliance with U.S. law, accounting principles, and ethical standards.

- ERP Experience: Proven experience in using ERP systems for administrative and financial processes.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in digital productivity tools
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial controlling
