We are in search of an experienced Finance Manager for our US company. The Finance Manager will work cross-functionally, providing business insight and financial leadership to drive strategic and financial initiatives.
The company, located in Winston Salem, is a production and distribution center with a turnover of approximately 140 mio USD and 250 employees.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Finance team with daily operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, accounting) and monthly closing .
- Track KPIs , perform variance analysis , and prepare management reports and presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide business insights and financial leadership for strategic and financial initiatives, including: *Review spending proactively against budget in all departments: Labor reporting, material costs, manufacturing overhead, and logistic costs. *Analyze sales and margin performance in close collaboration with the commercial team.*Monitor inventory control and accuracy.*Conduct periodic reviews and walkthroughs of the plant with the operational team to discuss opportunities and production inefficiencies.
- Participate in financial strategic planning , yearly budget , and forecasting.
- Streamline and optimize financial processes and internal controls .
- Be a business partner of all the departments within the company: Production, HR, Commercial Team, Procurement Team in line with the strategic plan.
Qualifications
- +7 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally in a multinational and production-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience working with an ERP system (preferably SAP).
- Proficiency in data skills, analytics, and data visualization.
- Advanced English is required.
