Storied French luxury department store, Printemps, is preparing to open its first ever US location at One Wall Street in the heart of the Financial District.
Located in the historic 50-story landmark, Printemps will have five distinct food and beverage concepts ranging from a casual cafe to a fine dining restaurant. Food and beverage is helmed by Top Chef alumnus and 3-time James Beard
Award Winner, Chef Gregory Gourdet.

Job Responsibilities
- In Charge of receive all ordered items ( including but not limited to Food, liquor, wine, janitorial supplies, linens, all mail) daily for 1 Wall street outlets except seafood and some specialty items
- Ensuring distribution of products arrives to the proper location
- Product inspection & returns with proper management
- Foster & maintain positive relationships with vendors
- Ensure HACCP is being used correctly in the kitchen.
- Pick up mail and distribute accordingly.
- Assist with AM prep team when needed
Leadership Responsibilities
- Maintain company policies and protocols & maintain standards.
- Problem solve and address any issues in a timely manner.
- Nurture positive working relationships with staff.
- Lead by & set a good example for staff.
- Self Manage goals and timelines for tasks in a timely manner.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain a monthly inventory of produce, protein and frozen items.
- Staying up to date on Health department rules and regulations
Facility Responsibilities
- receive kitchen equipment and small wares.
- receive equipment for repairs.
- Working with the facilities team about what needs to get done daily.
- In charge of receiving all cleaning supplies for 70 Pine working in tandem with the porter supervisors.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Ability to communicate in English preferred
