Tasks/Responsibilities: - Checking and responding to emails in Outlook
- Answer phones; Speak with customers
- Take payments via phone/email
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Translating of documents for management
Candidate Qualities and Skills: - 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
- Fluent in French and English
