Customer Service Warehouse
Monday Friday 8am-5pm

• Address service needs of customers, interacting through a variety of communication tools, including telephone, email, social media and in-person business.
• Must have strong knowledge of measurements and cutting tools.
• Responsible for in-store sales and customer service, business development, as well as aggressively pursuing new customers promoting our products and services.
• Learn the product line and prepare pricing quotes.
• Must have a helpful, can-do personality, excellent phone skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge in a metal, plumbing, or related type of front desk role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, listening and strong math skills.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Maintain the smooth flow of day to day general office operations .
