The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Grain Merchandiser to join our team in Blackfoot, ID. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our grain origination and marketing efforts, working closely with producers, buyers, and logistics teams. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining relationships, negotiating competitive trades, and ensuring seamless execution from field to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Grain Origination : Develop and maintain relationships with farmers and suppliers to secure grain supplies that meet quality, pricing, and volume requirements.
• Market Analysis : Monitor grain markets, analyze trends, and provide insights to optimize trading decisions and pricing strategies.
• Customer Relations :
