Regional Sales Manager Vacancy @ Fast-Growing Cyber Vendor (Midwest Region)
Package = 300-320k OTE (50/50 split) + Stock Options
My clients is a Series A funded Cyber vendor looking to continue their growth with a first hire in the Midwest region. They've got an extremely strong SaaS product and they've received investment from some huge VCs.
They've got 4 other sales reps who all had a strong 2024, and they're looking to expand into greenfield territories by growing their sales team further.
For this role, I'm looking to speak with candidates who have a strong track record of achieving/exceeding $1m+ quotas in Cybersecurity sales, working with Enterprise clients across the Midwest.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships with key decision makers with ICP customers in the MidWest regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and close business within the territory.
- Develop a strategy to deliver strong use-cases to prospective clients based on their needs and the challenges that they face.
- Collaboration is key in this role, and you'll be working with the whole GTM team on a regular basis to create an aligned strategy for the region.
- Visit customers face-to-face and attend in person events to increase visibility and maximise opportunity.
Requirements:
- Track record of success, 3+ years selling Cybersecurity solutions to Enterprise clients across the MidWest region.
- Strong network of CISO/CIOs that you can utilise to your advantage.
- A true hunter mentality, this is the first hire for the region so it's vital that you have a self-starter mentality.
- Experience working in a start-up or early-stage environment.
