Join Our Rapidly Expanding Occupational Health and Safety Company as a Business Development Representative (BDR)!
We are seeking motivated individuals in the Broomfield, CO, area to join our team at Mobile Health Diagnostics (MHD). This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days remotely each week.
About the Role:
As an experienced BDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by promptly and effectively qualifying incoming leads and prospecting for new business. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying customer needs, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in guiding potential customers through the sales journey.
At MHD, we prioritize your professional growth and development. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to advance into positions such as Account Manager and Account Executive, with ongoing support to help you reach your career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess and qualify incoming leads received via phone and web
· Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and pain points
· Collaborate with the account executive to close new business opportunities
· Generate leads through proactive prospecting efforts
· Foster strong relationships with customers through friendly and engaging communication
Position Requirements:
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Adaptable personality with the ability to manage various responsibilities
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone etiquette
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a must—if you're eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
Proficiency in Salesforce (or other CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite is helpful, but not a deal-breaker. We can get you up to speed!
Familiarity with workplace safety practices is a bonus. If you know a bit about this, it’s a nice plus, but not necessary.
Location: Broomfield, Colorado
Compensation:
- $50,000 annual base salary
- Uncapped commission potential
