Sales Manager – Custom Printed Apparel and Promotional Products
Location: Terre Haute, Indiana (On-Site)
Compensation: $90,000 base salary + performance bonuses

We are a growing B2B company specializing in custom printed apparel and promotional products. Our primary customers include mid-level management in small to medium-sized businesses, college department heads, union local business managers, and local charity organizations. As we expand our operations to regional and national sales, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, implement effective strategies, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager, you will:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to double company revenue within the first year.
- Improve current sales and customer service procedures to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and build a high-performing sales team, adding 2-3 Salespeople to the team within the first 12 months.
- Manage and motivate a team of 2-3 CSRs and 2-3 Salespeople to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Ensure the sales team focuses on acquiring new customers while maintaining relationships with high-value clients.
- Performance Oversight:
- Set clear team goals, monitor performance metrics, and provide actionable feedback.
- Manage CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, and customer data.
- Community Engagement:
- Represent the company at local events, client meetings, and industry gatherings to build brand visibility and relationships.
Success Metrics
- Customer Acquisition: Drive significant growth in the customer base.
- Revenue Growth: Increase revenue by 100% within the first year.
- Team Performance: Build and maintain a motivated, results-oriented team.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record in inside sales and managing successful sales teams.
- Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Work Environment
- This is an on-site role based in Terre Haute, Indiana.
- Requires travel to visit clients, attend industry events, and participate in local chamber activities.
