Job Description

Pride Health is hiring for a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to support our client’s medical facility based in Rochester, MN 55901. This is a 1-year contract with potential for temp-to-hire and a great opportunity to join a top-tier healthcare organization!


Job Details:

  • Perform analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids to assist healthcare providers with diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of patients.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshoot assays, and evaluate tests for accuracy.
  • Assist in interpreting test results and optimize testing protocols.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols when handling infectious specimens, chemicals, and other hazardous materials.
  • Work with multiple computer systems to retrieve and report test results.
  • May assist with specimen collection.


Qualifications:

  • Education & Licensing/Credentialing:
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a human biological science required.
  • Years of Experience:
  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation and assay systems is desirable.
  • Expertise, Knowledge, and Skills Required:
  • Ability to produce accurate results under time constraints.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to accommodate scheduling adjustments, including off-shifts, holidays, on-call, and weekend work.

    • Location: Rochester, MN 55901
    • Schedule: First Shift: F - M, 10's, 7:30am - 6:00pm Position Details 2: Second Shift: M - F, 8's, 3:30pm - 12:00am
    • Contract Duration: 52 Weeks
    • Pay Rate: $25 - $28/hour
