Pride Health is hiring a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) to support our client’s medical facility based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This is a 13-weeks contract opportunity which is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations following departmental standards.
• Document comprehensive and timely notes on patient interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians in planning and facilitating family meetings.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding illness, hospitalization, and post-discharge options.
• Facilitate access to community services and support systems as needed.
• Conduct insurance reviews when required.
• Participate in daily rounds and interdisciplinary team consultations to enhance patient care.
• Utilize supervision effectively to address challenges and implement feedback.

Required:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts LCSW license.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience , with a focus on mental health, substance use, and interpersonal/domestic abuse.

Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
