Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community events.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay informed about State Farm products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to create marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
