Role Overview

As an Account Development Representative (ADR) at Fleet Hoster, you’ll focus on driving new business growth across our direct, reseller, and telco sales channels. This position is ideal for motivated self-starters with a passion for technology and sales development who want to make an impact in the rapidly evolving telematics industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within target verticals, including SMBs, construction, logistics, and more.
  • Qualify inbound leads and perform outbound prospecting efforts via calls, emails, and social media campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Resellers, and Telco Channel Reps to hand off qualified leads for closure.
  • Present Fleet Hoster’s diverse product portfolio, including SaaS solutions, telematics devices, and AI-powered tools, tailored to customer needs.
  • Research prospects and industries to deliver personalized messaging and value propositions that resonate with target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM and regularly update forecasts for management review.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to identify opportunities for differentiation.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of experience in an outbound sales, sales development, or business development role, ideally in SaaS or telematics industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as outreach volume, lead conversions, and pipeline generation.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a confident, consultative approach to selling.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple sales channels, including direct B2B, reseller, and telco partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Active Campaign) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts, with a strong focus on value-based selling.
  • A growth mindset with the desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • High level of interest in the IoT space

Minimum Requirements

  • Willingness to make 50-80 cold calls daily.
  • Eagerness to work from our Atlanta office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School/Technical School AND/OR 2-3 years sales experience
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Experience in the telematics, fleet management, or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with solutions like GPS tracking, DMS/ADAS-enabled cameras, and SaaS platforms for fleet operations.
  • Knowledge of sales processes for reseller, direct B2B, and channel sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze pricing and margin information
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
