This position is Hybrid 2 days’ work from home 3 days in Office.

We are currently seeking an experienced HR/HRIS Coordinator whose primary focus will be managing and optimizing our HRIS system to support our team, streamline processes, and drive operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Process and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes to compensation or benefits.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and management to improve system workflows and maximize HRIS functionality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system troubleshooting and user support.
- Coordinate with vendors for system updates, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining documentation for audits.
- Assist with HR initiatives, ensuring compliance and administering benefits.
- Support HR operations by managing recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and facilitating training programs.
- Support the HR team with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably UKG-Pro.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
