  • Supplier Management: Audit and manage supplier performance to ensure top-tier quality.
  • Standards Adherence: Support AS9100 and Nadcap compliance in the Quality Management System.
  • Continuous Training: Develop programs to enhance quality awareness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: B.S. in Engineering or related field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, CAD, and quality certifications (AS9100, NADCAP).
  • Physical Readiness: Active, hands-on role requiring visual acuity and occasional lifting of items over 25 pounds.
  • Commitment: Flexible work hours with occasional travel opportunities.
