Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative in Bon Air, AL and help drive success while building valuable relationships with customers. If you’re a proactive communicator with exceptional customer service skills, proficient in computer tools, and enjoy connecting with clients over phone and email, this role is for you!

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus (Paid every 6 months based on company performance)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM

What We’re Looking For :

• CAD knowledge
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, shipping)
• A plus if you have mechanical aptitude, ability to read a tape measure, and can assemble parts as needed.

Your Role Includes :

• Responding to customer requests and orders in a timely manner
• Prospecting new clients through cold calls
• Building long-term relationships via phone and email communication
• Providing quotes, negotiating terms, and resolving issues
• Using CAD software for technical drawings and reading blueprints
• Assembling parts as needed
