POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing their assigned geographic territory. The Account Representative reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Establishes relationships with new and existing customers over the phone in order to maintain and grow revenue and meet territory quota requirements.
- Sells IZI products by contacting a variety of call points and communicating the features and benefits of the products
- Maintains all relevant customer communication and data in salesforce.com.
- Documents and forwards customer complaints.
- Analyzes sales data and establishes both short and long-term objectives and related priorities.
- Exercises discretion to determine pricing levels.
- Develops and executes strategy in order to impact revenue growth.
- Executes sales process.
- Attend all sales meetings.
- Attend on site customer visits as required.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S.) from four-year College or university plus the desire to establish a sales career in medical devices or equivalent combination of education and experience.
