Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population
• Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Deliver patient education to promote healing and overall wellness
• Participate in performance improvement activities to ensure top-notch care
• Be flexible to cover additional clinic locations as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Eligibility for or possession of an active state license to practice Physical Therapy
• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
