We are looking for a skilled Medical Device Finance Manager to join our team and facilitate financing options for our customers.

About the Job:

The Medical Device Finance Manager will be responsible for facilitating and managing financing options for our customers, ensuring they have access to competitive third-party financial solutions. This role will require building and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, presenting tailored financing packages to customers, and overseeing the entire financing process from application to completion. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in customer financing within the medical, automotive, or high-value equipment sectors, and be adept in using Salesforce CRM.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their financing needs and present appropriate third-party financing options for medical device purchases
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, offering customers a variety of financing solutions that align with their needs
  • Clearly communicate financing terms, options, and agreements, ensuring customers fully understand the financial commitment involved
  • Submit and track financing applications with third-party lenders, ensuring timely processing and approvals
  • Negotiate favorable financing terms with lenders to provide optimal solutions for customers, ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions for customers from financing to device acquisition
  • Address and resolve any financing-related issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in medical device financing
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, track financing applications, and maintain lender relationships


Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing finance role, ideally within the medical, automotive, or equipment financing sectors
  • Proven expertise in structuring and facilitating customer financing agreements with third-party lenders
  • Strong understanding of credit assessments, financing products, and loan processing procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and customers
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financing transactions simultaneously


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline or equivalent experience

Compensation: We anticipate the base salary to range between $75,000 - $100,000 with generous bonus potential available dependent upon deals closed. We are happy to discuss this further during the interview process.
