Daily Responsibilities

Software development lifecycle, looking into design & how going to approach that, solution, etc. submit code & unit testing to make sure you have quality in place for changes, then submit for review. Review process, review code, comments (someone else will deploy. Will have full autonomy otherwise. Stand-up with team, reviewing current progress, talk about blockers, tickets for next day and current day. Pairing sessions – working with team members/sharing screen, etc.

Top 3 Skills

Ruby on Rails

Frontend experience (typescript; ReactJS preferred, otherwise similar such as Angular)

Database understanding/experience with PostgreSQL or similar

Nice to Have: AWS experience; Distributed system development;
