Please note: This is a hybrid position which is office-based 2-3 days per week; therefore, candidates need to be within a 1-hour commute to Somerville, NJ.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Senior-level knowledge of Recruiting within Business Applications, Data & Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure, Software Development, and Cybersecurity.
- Able to provide oversight to the recruiting team and assist Recruiting Director with coaching, training, feedback regarding the team’s job performance.
- Autonomous: able to work independently and manage own workload without day-to-day supervision from the Delivery management team.
- Sets example based on positive behaviours and attitude towards day-to-day workflow.
- Responsible for helping to generate client lead opportunities via candidate interviews.
- Demonstrates high aptitude in each of RED’s core values.
- Works at a high level in planning day, week and month.
- Provides a strong assessment of candidates related to job specifications.
- Partners with the sales team and sales leadership as a recruiting subject matter expert.
- Through various sourcing techniques, identify, attract, and qualify suitable candidates for client requirements and ensure constant communication throughout full life cycle.
- Willingness to assist with training new hires on RED’s recruiting processes.
- Ability to mentor junior and senior recruiters.
- Utilize LinkedIn, RED's internal database, and additional resources to identify suitable candidates for roles within the accounts portfolio.
- Senior level of building and maintaining relationships with passive and active candidates with niche skills and with consistent follow up regarding current and future opportunities.
- Meets and or exceeds RED’s performance metrics.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Written over $2.5 million in NFI during career at RED.
- 5+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably at the agency level.
- Strong work ethic, diligence, focus, and positivity are all essential.
- Be an agent of change and champion of RED’s corporate goals.
- Ability to build and sustain a strong network of technical talent.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change.
- Expert understanding of multiple deadlines and priorities.
- An enthusiastic and passionate approach to recruiting.
- Opinionated: develops informed opinions and is comfortable to communicate these in a professional manner.
