Our Midstream Oil and Gas client is looking to add a Front End Developer to their team! This Contract to Hire position offers Hybrid flexibility ! The ideal candidate will be willing to report to the Owensboro, Kentucky office to gain hands on experience with Geographical Information Systems. Working knowledge of programming language will be required for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with system maintenance, development and integration tasks related to applications and databases
- Responsible for IT systems and technical problem solving of IT incidents
- Collaborate with user representatives to ensure systems are properly tested and documented
- Be proactive in catching up technical advancements and contribute to more effective systems and applications
- Participate in projects ranging from analysis, design, execution, testing and deployment of software development life cycle
- Follow up with post resolution procedures to ensure problems have been properly addressed
- Provide assistance in building, testing and deploying software applications that support business requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Informational Systems, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and techniques
- Knowledgeable of SQL and Microsoft SQL server and databases
- Experience with troubleshooting methodologies and software issue resolution techniques
