Are you a seasoned attorney with a passion for estate planning? Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a firm that values your expertise and dedication? If so, we are seeking a Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of matters related to wills, trusts, and other aspects of estate planning. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value cases and to make a significant impact on our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Estate Planning Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and amending a variety of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
2. Advising clients on the legal aspects of estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax planning.
3. Representing clients in probate and trust administration matters.
4. Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
5. Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in estate planning and tax laws.
6. Providing compassionate, personalized service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and helping them understand their estate planning options.
7. Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and build relationships with existing ones.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Estate Planning Attorney position will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an estate planning attorney, with a strong background in drafting wills and trusts.
3. Admission to the state bar of Texas
4. In-depth knowledge of estate planning, probate, and tax laws.
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. The ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
7. Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
9. A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
