Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Payor Access Specialist to lead the development and execution of market access strategies for our pharmaceutical products. This role will focus on the creation and integration of pricing and contracting strategies across payer channels, ensuring seamless access and reimbursement across National Accounts and Payors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement value propositions, strategies, and pricing and contracting approaches across payer channels.
- Support the creation and execution of brand plans, aligning integrated customer planning tactics with Market Access objectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of market access strategies with overall business goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of access and reimbursement strategies for National/Payor accounts, addressing market challenges and opportunities.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including National Accounts and Payors, to ensure successful access and reimbursement outcomes.
- Provide expertise and support during product launches and pipeline strategy development to drive access and market penetration.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 6 years in pharmaceutical marketing, market access, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with National Accounts and Payors.
- Experience in market access strategy for product launches or pipeline products.
- Strong understanding of clinical, health economics, or scientific principles, with deep knowledge of the market access landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for National/Payor accounts, including pricing, contracting, and reimbursement strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully defining market challenges and opportunities, and driving impactful marketing campaigns.
