Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Coordinator to join our client’s team in the Dallas metro area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the operational aspects of product development and launches. This role requires strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor product development schedules and coordinate deliverables with both internal and external teams
  • Keep precise product databases, including SKUs, descriptions, and specifications, up to date
  • Oversee the handling of product samples for evaluation, photography, and quality assurance
  • Partner with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and reorder processes
  • Assist with new product launches by ensuring all materials and information are ready and consistent
  • Evaluate product performance after launch to offer actionable insights for future strategies


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, project management, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods industries is a plus


Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
