Precision Truss seeks a full-time, on-site Truss Designer to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on precisely designing and drafting wooden roof and floor trusses for agricultural, residential, and commercial projects. Beyond creating practical, safe, and sustainable designs, the Truss Designer will also engage directly with customers, assisting with logistics and meeting their needs.

Our Ideal Truss Designer
- Experienced: Brings 3+ years of truss design experience with a thorough understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to residential, agricultural, and commercial construction. A high school diploma is required.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and CAD software; experience with Alpine Truss Design Software is a plus.
- Customer-Oriented: Delivers exceptional customer service while collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet project goals.
- Knowledgeable: Continuously updates knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to create innovative and compliant designs.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Possesses strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring quality and efficiency in every project.
- Communicative & Collaborative: Excels in written and verbal communication, working seamlessly with clients and colleagues.
- Adaptable: Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
