Technical Customer Support Specialist
Direct Hire
Compensation: $50K - $80K/Year Depending on Experience
Location: Indian Trail, North Carolina
Onsite For Training Then hybrid 1-2 days onsite
Bonus eligibility (10-15%) based on hitting company revenue targets - last year employees hit 12.5% of salary as their bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support to customers via email
- Troubleshoot basic issues, escalating more complex issues to developers
- Respond to product questions
- Guide customers through onboarding and training
- Potentially assist with software implementation for new customers

Requirements:
- experience in technical support or a similar role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Expertise with a wide array of Operating Systems including Windows Client,
Windows Server, Windows on Windows and Linux
installation and configuration of SQL Server Express
Understanding of SQL Select/Insert/Delete query syntax and availability groups
Understanding of TCP Networking concepts like IP addressing, IP subnetting, and
routing
