Job Title: HRIS Developer

Job Summary:

Our client seeking an experienced HRIS Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations for Workday HCM and Kronos systems. This role requires expertise in system configuration, integration development, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless system processes and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations for HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Build, test, and implement Kronos timekeeping and employee scheduling interfaces.
• Serve as a point of contact for integration issues between Workday and external vendors.
• Debug and resolve complex issues with Workday Studio integrations and file transfers.
• Participate in system implementation, upgrades, and feature releases for Workday and Kronos.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure reliable and accurate deliverables.
• Provide support for system processes, respond to ServiceNow incidents, and document resolutions.
• Maintain a repository for integration technical specifications and workflow documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Workday HCM and Kronos system integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Studio and integration development.
• Expertise in system configuration, debugging, and testing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and third-party system interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
