Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. From managing schedules and budgets to communicating with team members and stakeholders, you’ll be the backbone that keeps everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities: Assist in scheduling, planning, and tracking tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Documentation management: Maintain accurate records, including contracts, permits, and project reports.
- Project submittals : Manage and track submittals, ensuring timely delivery and approval.
- Project permitting coordination : Assist in obtaining and tracking permits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Budget tracking: Support financial oversight by monitoring expenses and assisting in budget forecasting.
- Problem-solving: Anticipate potential issues and proactively suggest solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: In project coordination, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction processes is a plus.
