Insight Global is looking to hire 2 Project Managers to join a Custom Development and Manufacturing Organization in Northern Phoenix, AZ. This position will be a 6 month contract-to-hire and does have opportunity for growth once converted permanently! This role will require working onsite 5 days per week but may have some hybrid flexibility down the line. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our customer base while ensuring the satisfaction of existing customer. This individual will serve as the primary advocate for our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their needs are met. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities may include:

* Lead and manage the internal account management process, providing direction and support.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional department heads, fostering effective communication and collaboration in support of our customers.

* Collaborate with Customer Operations to ensure orders and communications meet or exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent years of experience)
• 2-3 Years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
• Strong Communication & Detail Orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
