Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Tempe, AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budget
- Hire team members, lead project teams, and mentor team members
- Manage resources, such as suppliers and project templates
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Engage with stakeholders and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Develop project success factors and metrics, and report on project status
Requirements:
- Project Manager in most recent role, ideally on the business side within the banking industry
- Managing 1 Million Dollar + budgets
- Managing compliance, government regulations or risk management is ideal
- Experience within lending within banking industry is ideal
- 6+ Month Contract
- Looking at Mid - Senior level candidates
