Your Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and Finance
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes in MS Dynamics
- Maintain effective communication with financial stakeholders.
Marketing
- Create engaging frequent posts on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Write weekly articles for our website
- Assist in the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy
Logistics, Order Processing and Purchasing
- Organize and track domestic and international shipments.
- Manage inventory and procure consumables such as pallets and supplies
- Manage international logistics, including the importation process:
- Organize and track overseas shipments
- Review importation documents and ensure compliance
Human Resources
- Track and manage PTO records
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
- Assist in creating training plans and onboarding documents for new hires
- Support the recruitment process and ensure compliance with HR regulations
General Administration
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintain and manage documents, files, and databases
- Create presentations, reports, and statistics as needed
Ad Hoc Support
- Provide assistance to management, sales, and production teams as required
- Support CEO initiatives, including research and special projects
Your Profile
- Willingness to learn and self-motivation
- A completed education or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, marketing, logistics, or general administration
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with MS Dynamics, creative Software a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- An interest in manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English; additional Spanish or German language skills are advantageous
