Job Title: Senior Regional Marketing Manager
Location: Arlington, VA (Open to candidates across the U.S.; preference for San Francisco)
Bill Rate: $65-$73 per hour DOE
Contract Type: W2, 6+ months
About the Role
Join a leading customer experience software company as a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the SMB segment in North America. In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation plan, working closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue targets. Your ability to lead strategy, execute with precision, and foster strong collaboration will be critical to the success of this segment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and monitor a demand generation plan tailored to the SMB segment.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on pipeline updates and achieve business targets.
- Partner with the campaigns team to execute initiatives, including webinars and digital engagements.
- Coordinate with regional field marketing teams to ensure SMB participation in larger commercial and enterprise events.
- Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration, managing stakeholder expectations and delivering updates to senior leaders, including SMB VPs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7-10 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on field marketing and demand generation.
- Proven experience developing demand generation plans and monitoring pipeline performance.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to engage confidently with senior sales leaders.
- Basic familiarity with Tableau (training available) and proficiency in Google Suite.
- Experience working with SMB or commercial market segments.
- Ability to challenge ideas and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Demonstrated stability with prior roles, showcasing long-term contributions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tech industry.
- Background working with distributed teams.
