Project Cost Control Manager would be responsible for budget reporting, change management, risk analysis and cash flow analysis. The position involves on site forecasting of construction projects, reporting and presenting to management.
The applicant would be involved in reviewing and analyzing contractor cost estimates, bids, change orders, invoices, labor rates, physical engineering/construction progress, etc.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills set;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in cost control and estimating.
- Bachelors degree in engineering/construction or related technical training.
- Understanding of construction practices and drawings.
- Working knowledge of industry standard cost management ERP systems.
- Be proficient and have a good working knowledge of Excel and Procore.
- Have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
