Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present comprehensive financial plans to clients, addressing areas like retirement planning, investment strategies, estate planning, tax optimization, Social Security, and Medicare (IRMAA) planning.

• Evaluate clients’ financial situations and recommend tailored solutions.

• Maintain and update client portfolios to ensure alignment with long-term goals.

• Work toward obtaining advanced certifications in Estate Planning, IRA Planning, and related fields as part of a structured 3-year vesting program.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and reviews.

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.

• Collaborate with leadership to achieve personal and company growth objectives.


Qualifications:

• Active Insurance or Securities License (both preferred, but candidates with one will be considered).

• Series 65 certification or willingness to obtain it within the first year.

• Strong commitment to achieving advanced credentials in Estate Planning, IRA Planning, Social Security Planning, and Medicare (IRMAA) Planning.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial or insurance industry.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• A client-first mindset with a commitment to ethical fiduciary practices.
