Associate (Capital Markets) | Leading Owner/Operator | Multifamily

We are working with an established owner/operator that is looking to add a Senior Analyst (or Associate) to focus on capital markets (debt) for a deep pipeline of Class A multifamily development projects throughout SoCal.

This is a high-visibility role, on a lean team, that will cover comprehensive asset-level debt execution - debt procurement, loan docs, lender reporting requirements, covenants, underwriting size of loans, etc.

Our client is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, with ambitions to double the portfolio over the next five years - and this would be an opportunity to be a part of that growth.

Experience :

• 3-5 years of direct experience in RE debt/equity capital markets (with debt focus)
• Experience supporting the execution of real estate debt/equity transactions from origination through closing (construction/permanent financing)
• Advanced underwriting and financial modeling skills
• Understanding of JV structures
• Liquidity scheduling and forecasting
• Debt/equity reporting
• Exposure to multifamily development is preferred but not required.
